Shipping, Processing & Delivery Policy

Order Confirmation & Processing

After your order has been placed and confirmed, you will receive an email confirming that we have received your order and started processing it.

Orders placed before 4:00 PM (local time) are processed the same business day. Orders placed after 4:00 PM are processed on the next business day.

Order processing generally takes 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday). Processing time includes verifying your order, performing quality checks, preparing the items, and packing them for shipment. Processing times do not include weekends or public holidays.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a second email with your tracking number and a link to track your shipment.

  • Processing time is separate from shipping time.
  • Delivery time begins after your order has been shipped.

Destinations

We currently ship to:

  • 🇨🇦 Canada
  • 🇺🇸 United States of America (USA)

Transit Time (After Shipment)

Once your order has been shipped, the estimated transit time with the carrier is:

  • United States: 8–14 business days
  • Canada: 8–14 business days

These are estimated transit times. Minor delays can occur due to external factors such as customs processing, carrier delays, weather conditions, or peak periods.

Total Estimated Delivery Time

The total estimated delivery time includes both processing and transit:

  • Processing: 1–2 business days
  • Transit: 8–14 business days

Total estimated delivery time: 9–16 business days.
Please note this is an estimate and not a guaranteed delivery date.

Shipping Fees

Shipping is free on all orders shipped to Canada and the USA.

Any changes to shipping fees or promotions will be clearly indicated at checkout before you complete your order.

Business Days

All processing and delivery estimates refer to business days, which are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

If there are unexpected delays with your shipment, we will notify you via email whenever possible.

Fulfillment & Shipping Origins

We ship orders from our fulfillment partners and warehouses located in China.

Depending on stock availability and logistics, your order can be shipped from different hubs within mainland China.

Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

United States: For most orders shipped to the USA, import duties and customs-related fees are generally included in the product price. In typical cases, customers do not need to pay additional import duties upon delivery. In rare circumstances, customs or local authorities can still apply fees according to their own regulations.

Canada: Customs duties, import fees, or local taxes can apply to shipments delivered to Canada. These charges are determined by Canadian customs authorities and are the responsibility of the customer. The carrier may request payment before delivery.

We do not control customs decisions or processing times.

Delays & Exceptional Circumstances

External factors such as peak shopping periods (e.g., Black Friday or holiday seasons), public holidays, customs checks, carrier disruptions, or adverse weather conditions can cause unexpected delays.

If your order does not arrive within the maximum estimated delivery time of 16 business days, please allow an additional 3 business days for potential carrier delays.

If you still have not received your order after this additional period, please contact us at info@coasttocoaststyle.com so we can investigate, review your shipment, and assist you.

Cancelling an Order

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@coasttocoaststyle.com.

We will do our best to accommodate your request. Once your order has been processed or shipped, cancellation cannot be guaranteed. In that case, you will need to wait for delivery and then follow our return instructions (if applicable).

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. To help us resolve the issue quickly, please:

  • Take clear photos showing the issue (damaged area, incorrect item received, and if possible, the packaging)
  • Send the photos along with your order number to info@coasttocoaststyle.com

After review, we will provide a solution which can include:

  • Sending the correct item
  • Sending a replacement item
  • Offering another suitable option in line with our Return & Refund Policy
