Return & Refund Policy
At Coast To Coast Style, we want every customer to feel confident about their purchase. If something does not meet your expectations, we will work with you to resolve it. This policy applies to orders delivered to the United States and Canada.
1. Return Eligibility Window
You can request a return within 30 days from the confirmed delivery date. The 30-day period begins when the carrier marks your order as “Delivered.”
After this period, returns are no longer accepted.
2. How to Request a Return

To speed up processing, include:
- Your full name
- Your order number
- The item(s) you want to return
- A short explanation of the reason
Return reasons help us locate and process your request. They are not used to deny valid returns.
3. Condition of Returned Items
Returned items must be:
- Unused and unwashed
- In their original condition
- Returned with original tags, packaging, and accessories
Items showing heavy wear, odor, missing parts, or visible damage can be deemed ineligible.
If an item is damaged during return shipping due to inadequate packaging, the refund can be declined. We recommend protective packaging and the use of a trackable shipping service.
4. Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product was received damaged or incorrect.
We do not provide prepaid labels for standard returns.
If a return shipment is lost by the carrier, a refund cannot be issued. Please keep a tracking number until the process is complete.
5. Refund Details
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will email you to confirm whether the refund is approved.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
Processing time: up to 7 business days after the return is received. Payment providers or banks can take additional time to release the funds.
Refunds apply to the product price only. Original shipping costs (if applicable) are not refundable.

6. Exchanges
If you prefer an exchange for another size or model, please email us at: info@coasttocoaststyle.com within the 30-day return window.
Once we receive and inspect the original item, the replacement will be shipped. If the requested item is unavailable, we will offer store credit or a refund.
7. Order Cancellation
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at: info@coasttocoaststyle.com
If the order has not yet been processed, it can be cancelled and refunded. Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation cannot be guaranteed.
After delivery, you can still request a return if you no longer want the item.
8. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your product arrives damaged or incorrect, please send:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the issue
- Photos of the packaging (if possible)

After reviewing the case, we will provide a solution such as:
- Sending a replacement
- Resending the correct item
- Offering another reasonable remedy
If the issue is due to a manufacturing defect or incorrect fulfillment, Coast To Coast Style will cover reasonable return shipping or offer a fair alternative.
